  • Step ONE – Book a chat with us. We’ll explain how the package works, and you can tell us where your business is now and where you want to be.

    Just for letting us talk about marketing for a while without glazing over we will design and print 100 FREE pet carrier tags. Attach them to the carriers of non-member visiting pets, those who are missing out on the savings and reassurance health care plan membership brings. We'll add your branding and a QR code taking them straight to the pet health care plan page on your website.
  • Step TWO – Say YES!!
  • Step THREE – In an initial online bootcamp we will look at the customer experience from stranger to being your biggest fan. We will use these findings coupled with your business growth goals to design a bespoke marketing strategy that Includes online and offline touchpoints, this will then be delivered across twelve months.

Depending on the pricing of your plans, you’d need only two or three NEW members a month to join as a result of this marketing to cover the costs*

The delivered done-for-you strategy will include:

  • Initial online bootcamp
  • Consultation session on your practice growth goals
  • Design and delivery of a bespoke twelve-month strategy
  • Staff training session on healthcare plans and how they benefit the practice, client and pet. How to promote them without it feeling like selling

Payments are monthly and taken by direct debit, and the marketing is contracted for the full year. This isn’t because we’re greedy; we just know through our many years of EXCLUSIVELY working with UK vets that consistent marketing over an extended period of time is THE best way to grow. Anything else gives a much lower return on investment, and we’d be selling you short.
