Let us take simple but regular communication with your clients off your hands. These can be to all clients and/or to targeted groups (i.e. seniors, non-plan members and members) to move them along the customer journey, build loyalty and promote relevant services as well as foster a strong sense of community to help build and maintain loyalty.

Practices who want to build their sense of community with clients, share good news stories, direct clients to their website to read relevant content, promote services, and introduce staff.

Loyal and engaged clients who are well educated in pet care, modern advances in treatments they might be interested in, services offered and practice changes.
Package includes:
- Initial briefing – in an initial video call we’ll look at what you feel your blocks are when it comes to communicating with clients, how you currently make clients aware of what you offer, discover any under-promoted services, and talk about how best to segment the messaging if required (targeted groups and/or emails to all).
- MailChimp set-up – We will create an account for you that looks as if it’s directly from you, using a practice reply email address. We will then design a branded template that can be used for all communications.
- Copywriting of emails x 4 – based on your messaging goals, we will compose appealing and information-packed emails based on your goals, news and priorities for that quarter. These will be sent to you for approval.
- Test and send – Each email will be formatted and the data cleansed and sorted. We send a test for approval then send toy your clients and re-send to non-openers two weeks later.
- Blog posts x 4 – added to your website, containing supporting content for each email. They’ll give clients who are interested a deeper read and encourage traffic to browse other areas of interest. Attention will always be paid to generating pipelines for services, and promoting your health plan to non-members.
